GUARANTEES
As soon as you receive your order, you will have 15 days to claim your warranty, keeping in mind that the product should be in great condition by following the appropriate laundry instructions.
For accessories, you have 30 days to claim your warranty.
Before returning an item, you must first send us an email to infosistersister@gmail.com. We will read the email carefully and once you are authorized, the piece will be analyzed in order to give you an answer ASAP. Consequently, we will specify if the product can be repaired or changed for another piece.
The warranty is not recognized to the client if:
- You exceeded the time to claim your warranty, which is 15 days after a clothing item has been delivered.
- You exceeded the time to claim your warranty, which is 30 days after an accessory has been delivered.
- You didn’t follow the instructions for proper care of the pieces that were given to you.
- You used any product that may damage the fabric.
- The item’s color is faded from drying it out in the sun.
- The piece was modified in some way by the client.
- The print or embroidery was ironed.
- The accessories or jewelry are visibly worn out or damaged.
Every item of the same reference could have some differences because their designs are crafted through an artisanal process.
